These clips work by being inserted under the edges of the tiles before the adhesive sets. A corresponding cap or wedge is then applied to create pressure and keep the tiles level with each other. This system helps to prevent lippage, which occurs when the edges of tiles are uneven, thus ensuring a smooth and professional finish. Once the adhesive has cured, the clips are broken off at the base, leaving behind a clean grout line.
