The Canton Fair 2024, officially known as the China Import and Export Fair, is scheduled in two sessions - spring and autumn. The autumn session will run from Tue, Oct 15, 2024, to Mon, Nov 4, 2024, across three distinct phases

How to Register
To register for the Canton Fair 2024, follow these steps:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the Canton Fair's official registration page.
- Select Buyer Type: Choose "Overseas Buyer" if you are not based in Mainland China.
- Fill in Required Details: Complete the registration form with your name, email address, contact number, and company information.
- Verification: After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
- Apply for Buyer Badge: Log in to your account and apply for a Buyer Badge, which is the official entry pass to the fair. This badge is valid for multiple sessions and lasts for several years.
Registration Deadlines
- Spring Session: Register and apply for an invitation card before March 30, 2024.
- Fall Session: Register and apply for an invitation card before September 30, 2024.
Special Requirements for 2024
- First-Time Buyers: If you are a first-time buyer, registering at the fair will cost you 200 RMB (approximately 30 USD). Registering in advance online will save you this service fee.
- Regular Buyers: Regular buyers can use their existing accounts and badges. If you lose your badge, a replacement will cost 200 RMB (approximately 30 USD).
Visa Requirements
Visa Process for International Attendees
To attend the Canton Fair, international attendees need to apply for a Chinese business visa. Here are the steps:
- Obtain an Invitation Letter: This letter is necessary for your visa application and can be obtained by:
- Using the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST)
- Contacting the Canton Fair Call Centre or China Foreign Trade Centre

- Contacting Overseas cooperative organizations of China Foreign Trade Centre
